Key Responsibilities
Product Development & Feature Lifecycle
- Lead the ideation, design, and implementation of new product features and modules
- Own the full feature lifecycle from concept to launch
- Leverage AI to enhance user experience, streamline processes, and differentiate product offerings
Customer Feedback & Insights
- Interact directly with leadership and users to gather feedback
- Analyze and prioritize feedback to refine product features, improve revenue opportunities, and enhance user experience
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with product design, engineering, marketing, sales, customer success, and support teams
- Ensure seamless development, launch, and adoption of product features
- Support go-to-market strategies in collaboration with product marketing
Marketing & Communication
- Develop compelling product messaging and campaigns for new releases
- Work creatively with the marketing team to enhance brand presence and product adoption
