Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and support ASP.NET-based applications in production environments.
Provide production support, incident resolution, and troubleshooting for live systems.
Work with SQL databases (Oracle / SQL Server) for querying, debugging, and support activities.
Perform application support in Unix/Linux environments.
Ensure system stability, performance, and continuous availability in a 24/6 support model.
Collaborate with teams to resolve production issues and implement fixes.
Contribute to process improvement, innovation, and operational efficiency.
Adapt quickly to changing priorities and ensure timely responsiveness to issues.
