Role Objective
- To exceed sales targets by expanding the dealer network and winning key projects within the territory.Grow territory market share and profitability through strategic account management and new business development.Achieve sales goals by strengthening the distribution channel and securing orders with architects and contractors. Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Recruit, onboard, and manage the performance of dealers and distributors.
- Develop and secure business with key accounts, builders, and contractors.
- Manage the entire project sales cycle from lead to closure.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and track competition.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction among all channel partners.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports using the company's CRM system.
