Role Description

We are seeking an Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead and manage sales operations in the Bangalore/Hyderabad region. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. The ASM will oversee the sales team, develop and implement sales strategies, drive revenue growth, and maintain strong relationships with clients. The role requires team leadership, target achievement, market research, and strategic collaboration to ensure business objectives are met. The chosen candidate will play a fundamental role in expanding the company's market presence in the region.

Qualifications
  • Proven team management and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and drive sales teams to meet targets.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and client relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking skills for effective market analysis and sales strategy development.
  • Knowledge of real estate trends and experience in sales or business development in the real estate or related sectors is a plus.
  • A high level of adaptability and problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in relevant CRM tools and software for sales tracking and management.
