Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager based in Lucknow. The Assistant Sales Manager will collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, achieving sales targets, supporting customer acquisition efforts, and providing leadership and motivation to the sales team to ensure operational excellence. Additionally, the role involves leveraging data and market insights to optimize performance.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales and business development skills, including customer acquisition and lead generation
  • Proficiency in relationship building, client management, and negotiation
  • Ability to analyze market trends and provide strategic sales solutions
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Organizational and time-management capabilities to manage multiple sales initiatives effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and CRM platforms
  • Previous experience in the real estate sector is highly advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
