We are seeking an experienced AS400 Developer with expertise in Synon to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and maintaining applications on the AS400 platform, utilizing Synon tools to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using AS400 and Synon tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Perform system analysis and troubleshooting to resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for database interactions.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices during development.

Skills and Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in AS400 development with a focus on Synon.
• Strong knowledge of RPG/ILE programming languages.
• Experience with DB2 database management and SQL.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
