Job Description

Responsibilities

Design, develop, enhance, review, and test AS/400 programs/modules
Work on support items and issues reported by customers
Act as a single point of contact for issue resolution, clarifications, and process-related activities, coordinating with both customer and offshore teams
Plan, track, and manage project schedules to ensure timely delivery
Assist in identifying opportunities for process and procedure enhancements to improve efficiency and customer service
Create and document new development procedures and processes
Collaborate with business teams to understand goals and align technical solutions
Exercise discretion and independent judgment on technical matters
Work on less complex applications and issues while maintaining quality standards
