As400 Developer

The AS400 Senior Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business-critical applications on the IBM i/AS400 platform. This role requires deep hands-on expertise in AS400 technologies and strong analytical skills to translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable, and high‑quality technical solutions.

Job Description:

• 7–14 years of hands-on AS400 development experience with proven delivery of complex projects.
• Strong expertise in RPG/LE, COBOL/400, CLP/CLLE, SQL, DB2/400 and AS400 tooling ecosystem.
• Practical exposure to Agile/Scrum and Waterfall models, with solid experience using JIRA.
• Demonstrated problem‑solving skills, analytical thinking, and ability to work independently.
• High level of ownership, customer focus, and commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
