Job Title: AS400 Developer (MAPICS)
Experience Required: 7+ Years
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced AS400 Developer with strong expertise in AS400 technologies and MAPICS. The candidate should have experience in developing, enhancing, and supporting batch and online applications, along with handling production support activities and incident resolution.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and enhance batch and online programs using RPGLE, SQLRPGLE, and Free Format RPG based on customer requirements.
- Analyze, develop, and support AS400-based applications.
- Perform production support activities, including log analysis and debugging of code defects.
- Investigate and resolve production incidents within defined timelines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and implement enhancements.
- Ensure application stability and support ongoing maintenance activities.
- Work on issue analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution in the AS400 environment.
- Utilize Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow for tracking, documentation, and support activities.
