Job Description
We are excited to welcome a talented
Business Analyst & Advisory who speaks/writes Japanese to our team, who will play a vital role in enhancing our Cisco Install Base customer support. In this position, you will conduct in-depth analyses, collaborate with customers, and drive timely renewals. Your expertise will contribute to our overall business success, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive analyses of customer data to identify trends and patterns, providing valuable insights.
- Support the renewal process by generating accurate reports and offering strategic recommendations.
- Liaise with Cisco Install Base customers to understand their unique needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop effective renewal strategies and ensure a seamless process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Cisco Install Base management, staying ahead of the curve.
- Maintain clear and organized records of customer interactions and analysis outcomes for future reference.
- Assist in implementing efficient processes to streamline customer support and enhance satisfaction.
- Provide regular updates and progress reports to the management team, keeping them informed of key developments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during all customer interactions, maintaining high standards.
- Act as a subject matter expert, offering guidance and support to colleagues on Cisco-related matters.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred, demonstrating a strong academic foundation.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an analyst role, ideally within the IT or telecommunications industry, is essential.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights are a must.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach to interactions.
- Proficiency in using analytical tools like Excel and data visualization software is highly advantageous.
- Knowledge of Cisco products and services is a significant advantage, providing a solid understanding of the domain.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate record-keeping and analysis.
- A proactive and results-driven mindset, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry changes.
- Fluency in Japanese is a key requirement, enabling effective communication with our Japanese-speaking customers.
