• Participate in or lead UC deployment, migration, and performance engineering projects
• Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot Cisco UC components such as Call Manager and Unity Connection
• Manage gateways, gatekeepers, and call routing configurations
• Perform troubleshooting during maintenance windows and execute rollback procedures when required
• Analyze logs and resolve UC system issues
• Design and support telephony dial plans and call control systems
• Support enterprise-level Cisco UC implementations and operations
