• Manage and maintain Windows and Linux servers in enterprise environments
• Perform OS installation, upgrades, patching, and system maintenance
• Create and manage VM templates and deploy virtual machines using VMware vSphere
• Handle VMware cluster management, snapshots, and troubleshooting issues
• Monitor system performance and ensure optimal infrastructure availability
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and file sharing services
• Work on LUN provisioning, capacity management, and storage integration
• Support enterprise backup solutions and ensure data recovery readiness
• Provide on-call support for production incidents and planned maintenance
• Document infrastructure processes, policies, and standard operating procedures
