About The Role
We are seeking an AI Manager to join our fast-growing team. This is a hands-on, technical leadership role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about leveraging AI to drive operational efficiency and innovation across all business functions.
You will be responsible for building, deploying, and optimizing AI agents and automations from scratch or using templates. Your work will directly impact our client projects and internal operations, helping us reduce manual work hours and maximize partner bandwidth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, deploy, and maintain AI agents for:
- Data entry and analysis
- High-quality video generation and editing
- Inbound and outbound call automation
- Graphics creation
- Process documentation and automation
- API integration and workflow automation
- Analyze existing business processes and design AI-driven solutions to increase efficiency and reduce manual workload
- Lead project work for clients, delivering tailored AI solutions as needed
- Integrate AI automations into every facet of our business operations
- Stay up-to-date with the latest AI technologies, platforms, and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-impact solutions
- Document processes, provide technical guidance, and ensure ethical and compliant AI deployment
Requirements
- Proven experience building and deploying AI agents and automations across multiple platforms
- Hands-on expertise with data analysis, video generation/editing tools, call automation, graphics tools, process writing, and API integration
- Strong programming skills (Python, R, Java, or similar) and familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and libraries
- Experience with project management and delivering client-facing solutions
- Ability to analyze and optimize business processes using AI
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong ethical judgment and understanding of responsible AI practices
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field preferred
- Availability to work on multiple projects and integrate into all aspects of the business
