Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate AI/ML Engineer to join our Mumbai office and contribute to building intelligent AI-powered solutions for enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will work closely with product, engineering, and data teams to design, develop, train, and deploy machine learning models and AI solutions that solve real-world business challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable Machine Learning and AI models for enterprise use cases.
• Build predictive analytics, classification, recommendation systems, and intelligent automation solutions.
• Work on NLP, LLM-based applications, information extraction, and intelligent data processing pipelines.
• Develop and optimize ML pipelines for model training, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Integrate AI solutions into enterprise platforms and cloud environments.
• Fine-tune and evaluate LLMs and AI models for domain-specific applications.
• Collaborate with software engineering and product teams for end-to-end delivery.
• Analyze large structured and unstructured datasets to generate actionable insights.
• Monitor model performance and continuously improve prediction accuracy and efficiency.
• Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related fields.
• 2–4 years of experience in AI/ML development.
• Strong programming skills in Python.

Hands-on experience with:

• TensorFlow / PyTorch
• Scikit-learn
• Pandas, NumPy
• MLflow

• LangChain / LLM frameworks

Experience in:

• Machine Learning algorithms
• Deep Learning
• NLP
• Generative AI
• RAG architectures
• Model fine-tuning
• Knowledge of APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Understanding of MLOps concepts and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building AI agents or enterprise AI solutions.
• Exposure to document intelligence, data extraction, recommendation systems, or forecasting models.
• Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Chroma DB, or FAISS.
• Understanding of enterprise data ecosystems, ERP, or master data management concepts.
• Exposure to Docker and Kubernetes.
