Artificial Intelligence Engineer

Adfactors PR, India's largest independent PR firm and is building out its agent-based AI infrastructure, and we're looking for a hands-on builder to join the team.

About the Role

As an AI Automation Engineer, you'll design, build, and deploy AI agents that automate internal processes across our operations — from reporting and research to monitoring and multi-step workflows. This is a technical, build-first role: you'll take agents from prototype to production and own their reliability once live.

What You'll Do

Design and deploy AI agents using LLM APIs, orchestration frameworks, and workflow automation platforms

Own agents end-to-end — from prototype through production monitoring and iteration

Identify high-value automation opportunities: repetitive knowledge work, manual data aggregation, multi-step workflows

Translate business requirements from non-technical stakeholders into working automation solutions

Stay ahead of the agentic AI tooling landscape and evaluate new frameworks/platforms for practical fit

Contribute to internal AI capability-building and documentation

What We're Looking For

1 – 5 years in a technology, operations, or product-adjacent role

Hands-on experience building AI agents or automation workflows (not just using AI tools)

Working knowledge of LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or equivalent)

Comfort with scripting/lightweight coding to build and maintain agents

Strong problem-solving instincts — able to turn ambiguous business problems into solvable automation tasks

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience)
