Job Description – GenAI / AI Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate GenAI / AI Engineer with strong experience in building scalable AI-driven applications, LLM-based systems, and enterprise-grade AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in modern AI frameworks, RAG architectures, vector databases, and cloud AI services, along with strong software engineering fundamentals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/GenAI applications using LLMs and agent-based architectures.
• Build and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines for enterprise use cases.
• Implement effective chunking strategies, token optimization, and context management techniques.
• Develop AI-powered solutions using frameworks such as LangChain and LlamaIndex.
• Work with Vector Databases and Knowledge Graphs for semantic search and contextual retrieval.
• Integrate and leverage Vision APIs and multimodal AI capabilities where applicable.
• Implement hallucination control mechanisms and responsible AI practices.
• Fine-tune prompts and optimize prompt engineering strategies for accuracy and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to build production-ready AI applications.
• Deploy and manage AI workloads on cloud platforms such as Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, or GCP Vertex AI.
• Ensure software quality through proper versioning, testing, containerization, and deployment practices.
