Role Description This full-time remote Artificial Intelligence Engineer role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing AI models and systems for client-facing products and internal tools. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and training neural networks, building NLP-based solutions, and integrating pattern recognition capabilities into scalable software architectures. The role includes collaborating with product and engineering teams to define technical requirements, prototype AI features, and transition them into robust production services. The Artificial Intelligence Engineer will also be responsible for evaluating new AI techniques, improving existing workflows, writing clean, testable code, and documenting models and pipelines for maintainability. Ongoing tasks include monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, and iterating on solutions based on user feedback and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong Computer Science foundation with experience in Software Development and building production-grade systems.
• Hands-on expertise in Neural Networks and Pattern Recognition, including model design, training, and optimization.
• Practical experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP), including modern transformer-based approaches and RAG workflows.
• Proficiency in Python or similar languages, and familiarity with major AI/ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Experience deploying models to cloud environments and working with APIs, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple projects, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Background in applied AI for agents, automation, or knowledge-intensive applications is a plus, as is experience in early-stage or startup environments.
