About the Role

We're looking for AI Engineers at the beginning of their engineering journey who are

excited to learn, build, experiment, and ship.

This is not a traditional frontend, backend, or QA role. You'll work across the entire

product engineering lifecycle, building user-facing experiences, backend systems, AI-

powered workflows, deployments, automation, and quality based on what the product needs.

You'll work closely with experienced engineers and get hands-on experience building a real

product from the ground up.

You won't just be learning how software is built. You'll be building it.

You'll be:

● Building and shipping real product features

● Working across frontend, backend, AI, DevOps, and quality

● Using AI as part of your everyday engineering workflow

● Solving real product and engineering problems

● Learning by working on production systems

Core Competencies: What You Will Do

● Build across the stack: Work on frontend, backend, APIs, integrations, deployments,

AI workflows, and quality based on what the product requires.

● Build with AI: Use AI tools to understand problems, write and improve code, debug,

test, and accelerate your engineering workflow.

● Build AI-powered products: Work with LLMs, AI agents, RAG, prompt engineering,

semantic search, embeddings, or other AI capabilities as required.

● Ship real product: Take features from understanding the problem through

implementation, testing, and production.

● Solve problems independently: Break down unfamiliar problems, explore solutions,

and make practical technical decisions.

● Build quality into your work: Think about edge cases, test your changes, debug

issues, and ensure what you build works reliably.

● Collaborate across teams: Work with engineering, product, and other teams to turn

ideas into working software.

● Experiment and improve: Explore new technologies, AI capabilities, and

engineering approaches that can help us build better products.

Skills & Capability Stack: What You Need to Succeed

● 0–2 years of experience, including fresh graduates and candidates with strong

project or internship experience

● Strong fundamentals in computer science, programming, data structures, and

algorithms

● Strong logical and analytical problem-solving ability

● Basic understanding of software development, APIs, databases, and web

applications

● Hands-on interest or experience in AI/ML, LLMs, Generative AI, NLP, AI Agents,

RAG, or related areas

● Familiarity with concepts such as prompt engineering, embeddings, semantic

search, vector databases, or fine-tuning is a plus

● Experience building AI-powered applications, automation, chatbots, intelligent

workflows, or full-stack projects is a strong plus

● Familiarity with modern development tools, Git, APIs, cloud platforms, or

deployment environments

● Ability to learn technologies outside your existing skill set

● Strong communication and collaboration skills
