Responsibilities:
- Product Delivery: Lead the design and development of AI-powered features and data products that bring tangible value to end users.
- Technical Ownership: Guide data architecture, pipelines, and infrastructure decisions; remain hands-on when needed to ensure delivery quality and scalability.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, vendors, and business stakeholders to turn complex needs into technical solutions.
- Innovation & Strategy: Stay ahead of the curve on emerging technologies, tools, and best practices in data and AI.
- Governance & Compliance: Ensure data practices meet high standards for quality, privacy, and security, especially in regulated domains.
Experience:
- Experience designing and deploying agentic AI systems in production, any framework
- GenAI orchestration: Langchain, Llamaindex , Azure agent framework , Azure foundry etc
- Experience working with APIs of LLMs(OpenAI, Anthropic etc)
- Experience in building ML pipelines
- Strong hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure preferred), AI Foundry, AI search or Bedrock, Vertex
- Vector databases, embeddings, Graph DBs
- Good grasp on micro services, containerization
- CI/CD, preferably Azure devops
- IaaC: Terraform
- Good programming background in Python and SQL, good understanding of schemas and data patterns
Bonus Experience (Desirable):
- Experience training models using AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Modern models architecture(neural networks, transformers)
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent practical experience.
