The AI/ML Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing machine learning models and algorithms that enhance our recruiting platform's capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement machine learning models to improve recruitment processes.
  • Utilize Python and relevant ML frameworks to develop scalable solutions.
  • Conduct embeddings and vectorization of data to enhance model performance.
  • Collaborate with data engineers to manage and process big data effectively.
  • Implement MLOps practices to streamline model deployment and monitoring.
  • Analyze model performance and iterate based on feedback and results.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for algorithms and processes.
  • Work closely with product teams to align AI solutions with user needs.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
  • Strong understanding of embeddings, vectorization techniques, and their applications.
  • Experience with MLOps tools and practices for model deployment.
  • Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Experience Requirements

Candidates should have a minimum of 4 years of professional experience in AI and machine learning development. Experience in both startup and large enterprise environments is a plus, as is familiarity with the recruitment or HR technology sector. Proven track record of leading projects or technical initiatives will be highly regarded, reflecting the seniority expected for this role.
