Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning solutions that drive business insights and innovation. The ideal candidate will work closely with product, data, and engineering teams to implement scalable AI models and solutions, improving business efficiency and client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
AI & ML Development
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI algorithms
- Implement predictive analytics, NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems
- Optimize AI models for accuracy, performance, and scalability
Data Handling & Analysis
- Collect, preprocess, and analyze structured and unstructured data
- Develop pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and feature engineering
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security
Integration & Deployment
- Integrate AI/ML solutions into existing products, platforms, or client systems
- Collaborate with DevOps and software engineering teams for production deployment
- Monitor model performance post-deployment and refine as necessary
Research & Innovation
- Stay updated on the latest AI/ML research and industry trends
- Evaluate new algorithms, tools, and frameworks for potential adoption
- Contribute to innovation in AI solutions for internal and client projects
Collaboration & Documentation
- Work closely with product managers, software engineers, and business analysts
- Document AI models, processes, and findings for internal and client reference
- Present insights and technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
- 38 years of experience in AI/ML development and deployment
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Java
- Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras, or similar frameworks
- Knowledge of NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems, or deep learning
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI/ML deployment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with MLOps, AI pipelines, and model versioning
- Background in SaaS products, GCC solutions, or enterprise IT services
- Familiarity with big data technologies like Spark, Hadoop, or Kafka
