We are assembling a compact, elite engineering team to build next-generation AI automation frameworks, multi-agent systems, ML training pipelines, and factory automation infrastructure across multiple businesses.

You'll work directly with the founder in an execution-first, innovation-driven environment where speed, clarity, and problem-solving matter more than titles.

This role is for someone who wants to build real systems, not academic prototypes.

Role: Full-Time AI & Automation Engineer

Location: Coimbatore (Hybrid possible)

What You Will Build (High-Level Scope)

Your work will contribute to multiple engineering streams:

AI Automation Systems

• Build agentic AI workflows for operational automation
• Create modular pipelines for decision support, analytics, and system triggers
• Integrate GPT-based workers into internal processes
• Develop summarization engines, reporting bots, and task orchestration modules

Machine Learning Infrastructure

• Build ML training pipelines (supervised + reinforcement learning)
• Set up data preprocessing, feature extraction, and model evaluation tools
• Implement GPU-accelerated model training (RTX 5080 stack provided)
• Create model serving endpoints & monitoring systems

Multi-System Integration & Backend Engineering

• Work with APIs, microservices, and event-driven systems
• Develop high-performance backend modules (FastAPI / Python)
• Build internal tools, dashboards, and workflow automations
• Assist with ERP integrations and production automation
• Data pipelines storage transformation workflows

Factory & Operational Automation

• Build automation skeletons for production tracking
• Develop kiosk / operator flow prototypes
• Integrate with ERPNext APIs (order events, line status, delay reasons)
• Implement alerting, reporting, and supervisor dashboards
• Work closely with real factory environments & workflows

Ideal Candidate Profile

We're looking for someone who is:

• Extremely fast at learning and executing
• Strong in Python + backend fundamentals
• Familiar with AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch / TensorFlow)
• Comfortable with APIs, async architecture, and system design
• Passionate about automation, engineering, and solving complex problems
• Able to operate independently with minimal supervision
• Hungry for growth and ready for a high-performance environment

Bonus if you have experience with DevOps, data engineering, or GPU workflows.
