Job Title: Gen AI Developer

Job Type: Full-time(8hours/day) - Contract

Location: Hybrid – Delhi/Gurgaon

Job Summary:

Join our customer's team as a Gen AI Developer, where you will spearhead the design and implementation of cutting-edge Generative AI solutions for pharmaceutical applications. Utilize your expertise in agentic AI and GCP to develop tailored models and architectures that drive innovation and operational efficiency. Bring your strong communication skills to collaborate effectively in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop Gen AI and agentic AI solutions leveraging large language models (LLMs) and modern frameworks, including OpenAI, Anthropic, and Hugging Face.
2. Customize and fine-tune LLMs to address pharmaceutical use cases such as document summarization, data extraction, safety reporting, and knowledge management.
3. Integrate and deploy AI models using GCP platforms, especially Vertex.AI and related GCP AI capabilities.
4. Implement robust, scalable architectures and APIs to efficiently serve AI-powered solutions.
5. Ensure all developed AI solutions adhere to security, privacy, and GxP validation requirements relevant to the pharma sector.
6. Optimize prompts, manage model performance, and rigorously evaluate AI outputs for accuracy and consistency.
7. Collaborate with users to integrate feedback and continuously enhance AI models and solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, or a related discipline.
2. 3–5 years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying Generative AI solutions.
3. Proficient in agentic AI workflows and LLM engineering, including prompt engineering and model fine-tuning.
4. Substantial experience with GCP, particularly Vertex.AI or similar AI tools within the platform.
5. Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with relevant AI/ML libraries.
6. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
7. Proven ability to work effectively in hybrid teams and fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Prior experience building AI solutions for pharmaceutical or regulated industries.
2. Knowledge of GxP and pharma compliance standards for AI solutions.
3. Experience integrating user feedback to drive model performance improvements.
