We're hiring an AI Developer who wants to build production GenAI systems, not just experiment with them — someone excited to ship LLM-powered features that directly shape how brands find creators and measure campaign impact.

What You'll Work On

• Design and develop agentic AI applications using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar.
• Build and orchestrate multi-agent systems capable of planning, tool use, memory management, and task delegation.
• Integrate LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, open-source models) into production applications via APIs and SDKs.
• Develop and optimize prompts, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines, and vector database integrations (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, FAISS, etc.).
• Implement guardrails, evaluation frameworks, and monitoring for agent reliability, safety, and performance.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business problems into agentic workflows.
• Write clean, scalable, well-documented code and contribute to CI/CD pipelines for AI systems.
• Stay current with the fast-evolving agentic AI and LLM ecosystem, and evaluate new tools/frameworks.
• Build AI systems for:
• Influencer recommendations
• Audience insights
• Sentiment analysis
• Campaign intelligence

What You Bring

• Strong Python skills, with a solid foundation in ML and deep learning
• Hands-on experience building with LLMs/GenAI — not just API calls, but real implementation: RAG pipelines, prompt design, fine-tuning, embedding models
• Practical experience with agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, or similar).
• Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or open-source models via Hugging Face).
• Comfort working with vector databases and semantic search at some scale
• The instinct to think about latency, cost, and reliability — not just whether a model works in a demo
