Role Summary
We are looking for a seasoned Agentic AI Developer with deep expertise in building LLM-powered autonomous and multi-agent systems. The role involves designing intelligent agents, orchestrating complex workflows, optimizing LLM behavior, and deploying scalable, production-grade AI solutions in cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities
Agentic AI System Design & Development
- Design and develop autonomous AI agents using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, and Auto-GPT
- Implement advanced reasoning techniques including ReAct, Reflexion, Toolformer, and planning-based approaches
- Architect multi-agent systems enabling collaboration, task decomposition, and adaptive decision-making
- Build custom reasoning and execution pipelines integrating LLMs, vector databases, tools, and enterprise knowledge bases
Prompt Engineering & LLM Optimization
- Design, evaluate, and optimize prompt chains, memory strategies, and context management
- Perform LLM performance tuning using LangSmith for tracing, evaluation, and debugging
- Create reusable, modular prompt templates for scalable and maintainable AI solutions
Multi-Agent Orchestration & Workflow Automation
- Develop orchestration pipelines using LangGraph, n8n, or custom Python frameworks
- Enable task delegation, shared memory, and coordination across multiple agents
- Integrate AI agents with enterprise APIs, databases, and business systems (CRM, ERP, internal applications)
Enterprise Integration & Cloud Deployment
- Deploy and manage agentic AI solutions in cloud environments (AWS preferred)
- Ensure solutions meet scalability, security, reliability, and performance standards
- Implement monitoring, logging, and observability for agent workflows and system behavior
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 714 years of experience in software development, AI/ML, or intelligent systems
- Strong hands-on experience with LLM-based agent architectures
- Proficiency in Python and API-driven system design
- Practical experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Auto-GPT
- Knowledge of vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.)
- Experience with prompt engineering, evaluation, and optimization
- Cloud deployment experience with AWS
- Strong understanding of enterprise-grade system design principles
Preferred / Good to Have
- Experience with LangSmith and LLM observability tools
- Exposure to OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source LLMs
- Experience with workflow orchestration tools (n8n, Airflow, Temporal)
- Background in building AI copilots, autonomous workflows, or decision-support systems
