Must-Have Experience
- 1+ years hands-on experiencebuildingAgentic, LLM, or NLP-based applications.
- Strong foundation inmachine learning, deep learning, and generative AI.
- Experience withdata preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Hands-on experience withML frameworkssuch asTensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch.
- Strong understanding ofRAG architecturesand retrieval-augmented AI systems.
- Experience deploying ML models inproduction environments(cloud, container-based, scalable systems).
- Proficiency inPython(primary).
- Familiarity withnatural language processingand optionallycomputer vision.
- Strong understanding ofAI/ML algorithms, data structures, optimization, and performance tuning.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Most importantly:
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic startup environment and meet deadlines
- Create and maintain design documentation, including style guides, patterns and specifications.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies, tools, and methodologies, incorporating best practices into development processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements, define project objectives, and deliver AI/ML solutions that meet customer needs and drive business value.
