Position: Collaboration AI Engineer
Location: Chennai (Hybrid 3 days per week)
Duration: 12 month contract + extensions
Pay Range: 5LPA- 13LPA
Required Skills & Experience
- experience in Power Platform and SharePoint development or administration.
- Basic proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and administration tasks.
- Familiarity with SharePoint Online and Teams.
- Understanding of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages, Copilot.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Sharepoint, Power Platform and Copilot.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Graph and REST APIs.
- Microsoft certifications in SharePoint, Power Platform, or Azure.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing, developing, and deploying solutions using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages).
- Support the customization and maintenance of SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and workflows.
- Contribute to PowerShell scripting activities for automation, configuration, and maintenance tasks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power Platform and SharePoint, escalating complex problems as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Participate in documentation efforts, including user guides and technical documentation.
- Receive mentorship from senior engineers and actively contribute to team projects.
- Assist in scoping and business analysis activities for collaboration solutions.Collaborate with IT, security, and compliance teams to ensure responsible AI usage and alignment with enterprise policies.
