Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI/ML Engineer with 5+ years of experience to lead and contribute to the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Generative AI, NLP, Computer Vision, Recommendation Systems, Agentic AI, and MLOps, along with practical experience in working with Vector Databases and Deep Learning architectures.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement AI/ML models and systems for use cases such as:

Generative AI applications, NLP Chatbots, AI-based Recommendation Systems, Image and Object Detection (Static and Video)

Work with CNN, DCNN, RCNN and other deep learning models for image classification and computer vision tasks.

Integrate and manage Vector Databases for semantic search and AI memory storage.

Implement Agentic AI architectures and workflows using multi-agent frameworks.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver intelligent, scalable solutions.

Develop, monitor, and deploy machine learning pipelines using MLOps best practices.

Create dashboards and reports for data visualization and insights using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Python libraries.

Conduct data preprocessing, feature engineering, model tuning, and validation. Stay updated with the latest AI/ML research and emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

2+ years of professional experience in AI engineering role.

Proven experience in Gen AI (LLMs, Transformers, etc.), NLP, and Computer Vision.

Proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV, Hugging Face, scikit-learn.

Strong understanding of Vector Databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate).

Experience with MLOps tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, Jenkins, etc.

Familiarity with building and deploying AI agents or multi-agent systems.

Solid understanding of model deployment on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
