Artificial Intelligence Engineer

As an Automation Engineer at DigiPanda, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation workflows using no-code/low-code platforms. You will work on projects involving AI voice agents, chatbots, and automated content creation to enhance client experiences and streamline marketing operations. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone passionate about automation technologies, problem-solving, and AI applications in digital marketing.

• Design, build, and deploy automation workflows using no-code/low-code platforms (Zapier, Make/Integromat, n8n, Airtable Automations, etc.).

• Develop and configure AI voice agents and AI-powered chatbots for client campaigns and internal projects.

• Build automated content creation workflows using AI tools (e.g., GPT-based systems, video generation tools, content automation platforms).

• Collaborate with digital marketing, social media, and AI teams to integrate automation into client strategies.

• Troubleshoot, optimise, and maintain automation processes for scalability and efficiency.

• Research and implement emerging AI/automation tools that can add value to our offerings.

• Document workflows, provide training/support to internal teams, and ensure smooth adoption of automation processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or relevant field (or equivalent hands-on experience).

• Minimum 1 year of experience working with no-code/low-code automation platforms.

• Strong understanding of AI-based tools such as AI voice agents, chatbots, and content generation platforms.

• Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and data integrations between multiple platforms.

• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to translate business needs into automation solutions.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
