Artificial Intelligence Architect

Experience: 12 - 15 years of engineering experience. At least 2 years building AI/ML-powered systems. Strong experience designing distributed platforms. Experience with cloud-native architecture.

Role

This role is responsible to design and implementation of scalable AI-driven systems, including LLM-powered applications, agentic AI workflows, and enterprise AI platforms.

This role is responsible for defining the end-to-end architecture for AI solutions, including model integration, data pipelines, agent orchestration, and cloud infrastructure. Responsible for the high-level design and technical strategy of our autonomous agent ecosystem.

This role will work closely with engineering teams, product stakeholders, and domain experts to translate business requirements into production-grade AI systems.

Responsibilities

Design reusable patterns for Agentic AI Systems like RAG, Multi-Agent Orchestration, and Human-in-the-loop systems.

Design scalable AI infrastructure. Define architecture for model serving and inference. Design AI microservices and APIs. Architect distributed systems supporting AI workloads.

Design the long-term and episodic memory layers using Vector Databases, Embedding pipelines and Knowledge.

Define how different agents communicate, share state, and hand off tasks to one another.

Decide when to use high-reasoning models vs. worker models to optimize cost and performance.

Predict and control the token. Architect systems with semantic caching to prevent redundant LLM spend.

Set the architectural standards for explainability, auditability, and guardrails to prevent hallucinations and bias.

Ensure data governance and privacy compliance. Ensure responsible AI practices.

Define MLOps and CI/CD pipelines for AI systems. Architect containerized and cloud-native deployments. Design monitoring and observability for AI services. Optimize cost, performance, and scalability.

Skills

8+ years in Software/Solution Architecture.

2 to 5 years building AI/ML-powered systems.

Proficiency in Python, Vector DBs and Microservices.

Experience building scalable, asynchronous systems that handle high-concurrency and non-deterministic logic.
