This is a full-time on-site role for an Articulate Storyline Developer based in Noida. The Articulate Storyline Developer will be responsible for designing and developing custom e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline and other e-learning tools. Responsibilities include creating interactive content, multimedia elements, assessments, and scenarios aligned with instructional design strategies. The developer will also work closely with instructional designers and subject matter experts to ensure the delivery of high-quality and engaging learning solutions while adhering to project timelines.

• Proficiency in creating e-learning content using Articulate Storyline and familiarity with other related tools such as Adobe Captivate and Camtasia
• Basic knowledge of Visual Design principles and experience working with multimedia elements (graphics, animations, and video)
• Understanding of instructional design methodologies and SCORM-compliant development
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and testing skills to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Effective collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Ability to meet deadlines, take ownership of projects, and adapt to tight timelines
• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Multimedia Design, or a related field is a plus
• Experience in the e-learning or training domain is highly desirable
