Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Articled Assistant based in Hyderabad. The Articled Assistant will assist in conducting audits, preparing financial statements, filing tax returns, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, and supporting in financial analysis. The individual will work closely with senior professionals to gain hands-on experience in core services such as taxation advisory, corporate compliance, and audit functions, acquiring valuable expertise in accounting and regulatory frameworks.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and audit procedures
• Proficiency in tax laws, compliance, and preparing financial statements
• Proven ability to assist in corporate law, secretarial compliance, and regulatory matters
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail for financial and taxation analysis
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and teams
• Proficiency in accounting software and office tools (e.g., MS Excel, Tally)
• Enrollment in CA Articleship with completion of CA intermediate/IPCC or equivalent
