About the Opportunity

Chhota CFO is looking for CA Article Assistants to join our team in Jayanagar for their Articleship training. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on, practical exposure to accounting, taxation, audit and compliance work under the guidance of experienced professionals, while building a strong foundation for your CA career.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping for client engagements
• Support in preparation and filing of GST returns
• Assist with TDS computation, deduction, and return filing
• Support in Income Tax computations and return filing
• Assist in statutory and tax audit assignments
• Help prepare financial statements and supporting schedules
• Assist with bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny
• Coordinate with clients for documentation and information requirements
• Support seniors/partners in compliance and advisory assignments
• Maintain proper documentation and working papers for all assignments

Eligibility & Requirements

• Currently registered/eligible for CA Articleship (post IPCC/Intermediate, both groups cleared)
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Basic knowledge of GST and TDS preferred
• Working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel preferred
• Willingness to learn and take on hands-on client work
• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude
• Well-organised, punctual, and detail-oriented
