Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Article Assistant at Harsh T D Jain & Co. in Bengaluru. The Articled Assistant will be responsible for assisting with audit and assurance activities, consulting projects, corporate law compliance, taxation matters, and startup advisory services. The role offers hands-on experience in a dynamic and growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Clear Both Groups of CA Intermediate Course
• Audit & Assurance, Taxation, and Corporate Law knowledge
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Knowledge of accounting software and MS Office applications
• Attention to detail and eagerness to learn
• Relevant internship or work experience in accounting or finance is a plus

Work Exposure:

• Audit & Assurance (Statutory Audit, Compliance Audit, Internal Audit and Due Diligence)

• Income Tax (Tax Audit, Tax Planning, Transfer Pricing (Domestic and International), International Tax and Assessments and Appeals)

• Indirect Taxes (GST Advisory, Audit, Assessment and Appeals and Registration)

• Start-up Advisory

• Business Structuring and Set-up

• Business and Management Consulting

Stipend upto Rs.15,000.00
