Two Year Paid Analyst Accelerator Program:

We open limited seats on every CA Inter Exam Results announcement for about two week and link to apply is posted on LinkedIn around the announcement dates. That route is more preferred.

Role Description

1. Comprehensive Industry Research:

Rapidly acquire in-depth knowledge of the industry, focusing on growth drivers, trends, industry evolution, and regulatory environment.

Conduct thorough benchmarking, value chain analysis, market assessments, competitive landscape evaluations, and opportunity identification.

Prepare detailed and summary research reports for internal team use, client presentations, and social media publication with proper attribution.

2. Financial Analysis and Financial Modelling:

Analyze and interpret financial statements, annual reports, and management presentations.

Develop financial models for forecasted period and perform valuations of debt and equity for mergers, acquisitions, and capital-raising activities.

Apply various valuation methods, including comparable company analysis, precedent transactions, and discounted cash flow (DCF).

3. Preparation of Investment Collaterals and Documentation:

Create high-quality investment materials for clients, including investment memorandums, management presentations, teasers, and pitch books within agreed timelines.

Assist in due diligence processes and documentation of term sheets and valuation notes for live transactions.

4. Professional Development and Industry Updates

Gain exposure to the full range of Investment Banking operations, including fund raise and M&A transaction cycles.

Stay updated on current events, critical issues, and significant industry developments.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

Cleared CA Intermediate both groups / CFA with no or limited experience.

Available for CA Articleship / Paid internship in Mumbai for 24 months

Excellent academic record

Keen interest in financial markets and investment banking

Strong quantitative and analytical skills

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Proactive, highly organized with strong attention to details

Bent of mind towards harnessing tech
