The division focusses on diversified sectors including E-commerce, Food & Beverage, Fin Tech, Education, Healthcare, Leisure & Entertainment etc.

Selected candidates shall receive training to support on key functions as below:

1. Extensive Financial modeling assignments.

2. Enterprise Valuations covering DCF, Comparable Company and Transaction, Net Asset Value, Book Value and new age valuation methods

3. Financial due diligence

4. Quantitative and qualitative studies on sectors and industries of interest

5. Company profiling for potential investee/target companies

6. Investor profiling including private equity, venture capital, corporate investment arms, strategic investors.

Mandatory Skills & Attributes

1. Have an excellent academic record.

2. Possess sound verbal and written communication skills.

3. Ability to work with diligence, integrity and enthusiasm.

4. In depth understanding of Financial Analysis with strong understanding of financial statement, cash flows, key ratios etc.

5. Excellent Analytical and Numerical Skills

6. Good Presentation Skills related to MS office and other commonly used technology

7. High Degree of Self-Motivation and a desire to learn
