Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Article Assistant, Chartered Accountant, or Semi-Qualified professional, based at the Ahmedabad office. The individual will support a variety of functions, including performing audits, due diligence, GIFT City Lionising, preparing and filing GST and income tax returns, conducting financial analyses, and assisting with ERP implementation initiatives. The role will also involve compliance work, particularly relating to NBFC regulations, and contributing to consultancy projects such as debt syndication, equity fundraising, and IPO preparation.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundational knowledge of auditing, statutory audits, and internal audits.
  • Proficiency in GST advisory, income tax return filing, and financial reporting.
  • Understanding of ERP implementation and feasibility studies related to financial systems.
  • Skills in financial advisory, fundraising (debt and equity), and IPO preparation.
  • Knowledge of NBFC compliance, including RBI return filing, registration, and regulatory updates.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Proficiency in commonly used accounting software and tools such as Tally, ERP systems, and MS Excel.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or related field; pursuing or completed CA, CS, or related certifications preferred.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with a proactive and process-driven approach.
