Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Article Assistant based in Chennai & Bengaluru. The Article Assistant will be actively involved in assisting senior professionals with audit assignments, preparation of financial statements, tax filings, and compliance-related tasks. Responsibilities include performing data analysis, researching regulatory updates, conducting reconciliations, and preparing working papers. Additional duties involve coordination with clients, documentation of reports, and ensuring adherence to established standards and guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge and understanding of Auditing practices, Accounting principles, and Taxation laws.
  • Proficiency in using financial software tools such as Microsoft Excel, Tally, or other relevant platforms.
  • Effective organizational, research, and data analysis skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication for interacting with clients and preparing detailed reports.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to dynamic work environments.
  • Enrollment in a recognized Chartered Accountancy program is required; prior experience in similar roles is an advantage.
  • Attention to detail, adherence to deadlines, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
