Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Art & Print Finishing Expertise & Workflow

  • Provide technical and creative finishing advice in collaboration with external agencies and partners.
  • Maintain brand integrity and ensure world-class finishing on Art assets for APAC campaigns.
  • Serve as a knowledge center for marketing Art and OOH assets, guiding vendors and internal teams.
  • Ensure print production and D/OOH assets are suitable for multiple regions, formats, and campaigns.
  • Share best practices and contribute to scaling workflows and production design thinking across APAC and globally.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and refinement in creative workflows.
  • Maintain strong understanding of artwork workflows, formats, technical specifications, and quality control.

Project Management

  • Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously across different stages of production.
  • Proactively problem-solve and adapt to changing timelines, resources, and stakeholder needs.
  • Prepare presentations, decks, and documentation to communicate updates, ideas, and campaign status.
  • Familiarity with tools such as AirTable, Google Suite, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Solution-oriented approach to ensure deliverables meet campaign objectives.

Asset Coordination & Management

  • Oversee asset delivery, including file and folder management, technical specifications, and timelines.
  • Plan review and feedback timelines for assets in multiple formats.
  • Maintain project management tools with up-to-date information from cross-functional teams.
  • Create and manage asset delivery decks for internal and external stakeholders.

Localization Knowledge

  • Communicate and collaborate with localization vendors and APAC Art & Print Coordinators to manage adapted asset delivery.
  • Brief internal and external teams on production of localized assets (different formats, ratios, and languages).
  • Kick off and manage quality control for localization workflows, from artwork to text and title treatments.
  • Experience with transcreation, translation, and regional adaptation best practices.
