Art Gallery Director

Role Summary:

The Store Floor Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the retail floor, creating a welcoming and efficient shopping environment for customers while leading and managing the floor team. The role demands deep knowledge of Art, Embroidery & Strong Leadership, and excellent coordination across departments to maintain inventory accuracy, uphold store standards, and drive customer satisfaction.

Role & responsibilities

> Create a pleasant and seamless experience for the high value B2C customers.

> Manages gallery staff in a hospitable and professional manner.

> Explain the artworks in detail to customers ( know the story behind the artworks) and understand if they need customisation. Take orders with clear understanding of customers instructions.

> Co ordinate with merchandising team about the delivery of the artworks.

> Make bills and e-way bills for the delivery of artworks.

> Be ready to put in extra hours on certain days and occasions.

Preferred candidate profile

> Well groomed, well spoken ( Hindi, English), good instincts, good communication skills, ( story telling ability included), values discipline, good at people management ( customers and staff).
