Art Director

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and imaginative Art Director to lead visual storytelling and creative direction for a leading advertising agency. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creative vision, conceptualization, and visual direction for wedding and event campaigns.
• Design and approve themes, decor layouts, brand collaterals, and digital assets (social media, presentations, invites, etc.).
• Collaborate with decorators, planners, photographers, and vendors to ensure a cohesive visual experience.
• Supervise and mentor designers, ensuring top-quality output and stylistic consistency.
• Translate client dreams into memorable visual stories with mood boards, style guides, and mockups.
• Work on client briefs, providing mood-aligned and trend-forward creative solutions.
• Use design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere) and MS Office tools.
• Stay on top of cultural and design trends, particularly in the luxury, wedding, and lifestyle sectors.

What We're Looking For

• 5–8 years of design experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership/art direction role.
• A strong portfolio that reflects visual storytelling, theme curation, and luxury event design.
• Deep understanding of color theory, aesthetics, typography, and design emotion.
• Experience in wedding, lifestyle, or luxury brand environments is a strong plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate abstract ideas into design.
• Ability to inspire, lead, and work collaboratively with creative and operational teams.
