Art Director
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly creative
Art Director to lead the visual direction of our digital content, documentaries, social media campaigns, and video productions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing innovative creative ideas, overseeing visual storytelling, guiding production teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality content across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative concepts for videos, documentaries, digital campaigns, and social media content.
- Lead the visual direction and storytelling of all creative projects.
- Plan, supervise, and coordinate video shoots, interviews, and documentary productions.
- Collaborate with scriptwriters, videographers, editors, graphic designers, and content teams.
- Oversee video editing, motion graphics, animations, and post-production activities.
- Review and approve YouTube thumbnails, graphics, promotional creatives, and branding materials.
- Ensure consistency in visual identity, brand guidelines, and overall creative quality.
- Manage production timelines, budgets, and project deliverables.
- Research industry trends and implement innovative creative strategies.
- Mentor, guide, and support creative team members to achieve exceptional output.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Fine Arts, Media, Mass Communication, Film Production, Design, or a related field.
- Additional certifications in Filmmaking, Graphic Design, Video Production, or Digital Media will be preferred.
Required Skills
- Expertise in visual storytelling and creative direction.
- Strong understanding of documentary filmmaking and video production workflows.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Experience in YouTube content production and thumbnail design.
- Knowledge of camera operations, lighting setups, and production techniques.
- Strong project management and leadership capabilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and team collaboration skills.
Experience
- 10–15+ years of experience in Creative Direction, Video Production, Documentary Filmmaking, Media Production, or related fields.
