Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Art Director with 23 years of experience to lead creative vision across digital, print, and branding projects. The ideal candidate combines hands-on design expertise with strategic creative direction and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead art direction and creative strategy across campaigns, presentations, and client pitches.
• Design and oversee UI/UX, print materials, logos, and branding assets.
• Mentor and manage the creative/design team, ensuring high-quality outputs.
• Create and deliver client presentations, including creative pitches and concept walkthroughs.
• Manage motion graphics, video editing, and creative direction for digital content.
• Execute camera tracking, masking, and post-production workflows as needed.
• Maintain expertise in all design software including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and AI-based tools.
• Ensure that all creative outputs are innovative, on-brand, and deadline-ready.

Skills & Expertise Required:

• Hands-on experience in UI/UX design, print, logo, and brand designing.
• Proficiency in all design and video editing software, including AI-assisted tools.
• Strong skills in motion graphics, video production, camera tracking, and masking.
• Excellent team management and leadership skills.
• Ability to conceptualize and execute creative direction for client campaigns.
• Experience in client-facing presentations and creative pitches.
