- Working closely with the copy team to generate creative ideas and concepts to fulfilthe client's brief
- Lead and participate in creative development of data-driven direct response materials from concept to execution
- Ideate, develop, design and build dynamic display, rich media,social and CRM materials to support experiential creative with an underlying link to performance
- Work closely with the creative head, team leaders, designers, and copywriters to develop and deliver successful and award-winning ideas and work
- Translate client's marketing objectives into clear, compelling, brand appropriate communications
- Ensure designs and developed materials are cross-device compliant and accessible
- Ensure that all work meets or exceeds the quality standards of the agency
- Inspire and lead our talented team of designers, manage their personal development plans and ensure they are learning and growing in their careers.
Qualifications:
- Strong design ability with a focus on digital
- Expert working proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
- Previous experience in web or digital development
- Previous experience in marketing or advertising communications
- Basic understanding of HTML5 and CSS would be helpful
- Experience with Adobe Marketing Cloud
- Previous experience delivering personalised email communications
- Natural creative thinker who is excited about new ideas
- Passion for performance creative and an understanding of the necessity of experience creative
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities to align with current business needs
- Focused; a self-starter with experience working in a very fast-paced environment
- Experience in managing and leading a team of designers.
- Strong portfolio is must.
