Role Overview:

We're looking for an experienced Art Director to lead our creative team. As the Art Director, you oversee the design process for both large-scale campaigns and tactical projects, ensuring high-quality and visually engaging creative across digital, social, ATL, and BTL platforms. You'll mentor a team of talented designers, collaborate closely with other departments, and shape the visual identity of our campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the art department, including overseeing design output, mentoring the team, and ensuring adherence to deadlines and brand guidelines.
• Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns across digital, social, ATL, and BTL platforms, ensuring consistency and high visual standards.
• Develop creative briefs, directing the team in the creation of original graphics, storyboards, and other visual elements.
• Guide the creation of marketing materials, including website content, social media assets, and promotional designs.
• Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and clients to ensure the visual design aligns with the brand's voice and objectives.
• Oversee the presentation of final concepts, ensuring they meet internal and client expectations.
• Track market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activity to maintain innovative and relevant design work.
• Provide guidance and feedback on design execution, ensuring the final products are polished and cohesive.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 8+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other design tools.
• Expertise in typography, layout, and prototyping.
• Strong portfolio showcasing innovative designs and large-scale campaign executions.
• Proven experience in managing a team and guiding creative direction.
• Excellent understanding of branding, visual storytelling, and content optimization across platforms.
• Knowledge of web development and a strong grasp of photography and video production is preferred.
