Art Director

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer with a strong digital agency background to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in crafting engaging visual designs across digital, social media, and integrated campaigns. You will work closely with the Creative Director and cross-functional teams to develop and execute creative solutions that align with brand strategies and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design compelling creatives for digital campaigns, social media, websites, banners, emails, and other digital assets.
• Develop high-quality static and motion graphics to enhance brand storytelling.
• Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and other designers to create impactful brand communication.
• Stay updated with the latest digital design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
• Ensure all designs maintain brand consistency and meet client expectations.
• Lead and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback to enhance creative output.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high creative standards.
• Work closely with the social design team to ensure seamless experiences across digital platforms.
• Contribute to pitch presentations and new business initiatives with innovative design ideas.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• 5-8 years of experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital-first designs across various platforms.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, XD, etc.).
• Experience in motion graphics, animation, and video editing is a plus.
• Understanding of social media trends and how to create engaging visual content.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail, layout, typography, and colour theory.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in branding and interactive design is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Prior experience working in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
• Ability to handle client interactions and articulate design decisions effectively.
