Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Art Director role based in Kochi. The Art Director will lead the visual direction of branding, digital, and integrated campaigns, translating client objectives into compelling creative concepts. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing design concepts, supervising graphic design and visual production, and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints. The role involves collaborating with copywriters, designers, account managers, and marketing strategists to deliver high-quality creative work on time. The Art Director will review and refine design outputs, present concepts to stakeholders, and guide the creative team with clear feedback and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Creative Direction and Art Direction, with experience leading visual concepts from idea to final execution.
• Proven expertise in Branding, including identity systems, brand guidelines, and consistent visual storytelling.
• Advanced capabilities in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a strong portfolio across digital and print formats.
• Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Figma or similar).
• Demonstrated experience in agency or creative studio environments, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong presentation, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to incorporate feedback constructively.
• Ability to mentor designers, provide clear art direction, and uphold high visual and brand standards.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Familiarity with digital marketing, social media formats, and motion/interactive design is an advantage.
