Job Summary
We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Art Director to lead the visual direction of branding, advertising, and digital campaigns. The candidate will be responsible for developing creative concepts, guiding the design team, and ensuring high-quality visual output aligned with client expectations and brand strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative concepts and visual ideas for advertising campaigns.
- Lead and guide graphic designers and creative team.
- Ensure high-quality design standards across all projects.
- Create branding concepts including logo, brand identity, campaign visuals, and marketing materials.
- Review and approve design layouts, graphics, and artworks.
- Coordinate with clients, content team, and marketing team.
- Ensure brand consistency in all creative outputs.
- Manage multiple creative projects and meet deadlines.
- Stay updated with latest design trends, tools, and industry standards.
- Support creative strategy for clients across different markets.
Required Skills
- Strong creative thinking and visualization skills

- Good understanding of branding, typography, layout, and colour theory
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Software Skills Required
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator

- Figma / Canva (added advantage)
- Knowledge of video or motion graphics is a plus
Qualification
Degree / Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
Experience
4+ years (Advertising / Creative agency preferred)
Working Hours
9.00 am to 6.30 pm
