Art Director

This is a full-time on-site role at our office in New Delhi for an Art Director with 2-3 years of experience in advertising agencies of repute or in content creation in leading digital agencies. The Art Director will be responsible for creative direction, branding, art direction, and graphic design. And will collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute visually compelling designs and concepts for various projects. Candidates should be able to design websites, brochures, blogs, in addition to advertisements in print & digital, social media posts, videos.

Qualifications

• Creative Direction and Art Direction skills

• Experience in branding and graphic design

• Proficiency in graphic design & Generative AI software in art/video

• Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team

• Able to work on the Mac platform and Adobe Creative Cloud.

• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field

Candidates should be proactive, self-starters and independently plan work, create & interact with clients / internal team members. We pay industry-standard remuneration. They would work closely with copywriters, brand management & digital marketing teams to deliver Integrated Communications using Generative AI, that are a hallmark of the way Crestra works..
