About the Role

We're looking for an Art Director to lead the visual language of Creator Engine's design work — shaping the look, feel, and storytelling across every project.

You'll be responsible for developing moodboards, key art, and visual identities for shows, films, and large-scale campaigns. You'll collaborate closely with clients, creative producers, and editors from ideation to final delivery — ensuring that every frame meets international design standards.

What You'll Do

• Lead concept development and visual direction for series, films, and digital campaigns
• Build and present moodboards, key visuals, and style frames that capture each project's tone and emotion
• Oversee the end-to-end design journey, from concept to final delivery
• Collaborate with clients and internal creative teams to refine briefs and present design explorations
• Supervise and mentor junior designers to maintain consistency and high-quality output
• Ensure visual excellence across multiple platforms and formats (YouTube, streaming, digital, print)
• Drive innovation by integrating AI and automation tools into design workflows where relevant
• Represent and uphold Creator Engine's cultural values of Ownership, Clarity, Alignment, Care, and Future Readiness

What We're Looking For

• 6–10 years of experience in visual design, motion, or art direction — ideally in film, OTT, or series-related work
• A strong portfolio demonstrating work on key art, title treatments, campaign lookbooks, or show identities
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
• Experience in client communication and creative presentations
• Deep understanding of storytelling, composition, and international design sensibilities
• Ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a creative team
• Familiarity with AI/automation tools for creative optimization (preferred)
